We are currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a client based out of Hertfordshire. This is a full-time – permanent position.
Our client is a Chartered Building Contractor who specialise in home renovations across Hertfordshire and home counties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to join a successful, established, and fast-growing business. Progression comes with this due to the growth plans for the business.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects that could be priced anywhere in between £500k into Millions. Packages may include groundworks, basements, extensions, refurbishments, and fitout.
Skills and experience:
- Construction background experience
- 10 Years Commercial experience
- Worked from a residential contractor ideally
- Managed both Civil and Construction aspects of projects
- Able to work proactively with limited direction
- Confident with procurement of subcontractors
- Steady work career
